About the role
The Solutions Architect role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and product strategy. The architect works directly with enterprise clients to design and implement scalable solutions using Spotnana’s travel platform and APIs.
This role guides customers from pre-sales technical discovery through integration, deployment, and ongoing optimization, ensuring the platform integrates seamlessly with the customer’s enterprise systems such as HRIS, ERP, and travel management tools. Solutions Architects also influence product direction by providing technical feedback from real-world implementations.
Some of the things you’ll do
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand their technical requirements, operational processes, and integration needs.
- Design scalable and reliable technical architectures that integrate the company’s platform with client systems and third-party technologies.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and architecture reviews with customers and internal teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and implementation teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the onboarding and implementation lifecycle.
- Develop technical documentation, integration guides, and best-practice frameworks for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, scalability, and operational efficiency within client environments.
- Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues and provide expert guidance during incident resolution.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends in order to continuously enhance solution design capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong background in software architecture, integrations, or technical consulting.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as HR, finance, and booking systems.
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data workflows.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to business stakeholders.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms.
