About the role
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects that support the organization’s operational and strategic goals. This role oversees the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, resource planning, risk management, and delivery of technology solutions within defined timelines and budgets.
The IT Project Manager collaborates closely with engineering teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure that technology initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex technology deployments.
Some of the things you’ll do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across the organization.
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status and performance.
- Implement project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Ensure technology solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Develop documentation, reports, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2 years of experience managing technology or software development projects.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
